Why See a Coach?
Most of us spend much of our lives building. We build blocks or dolls houses as children, we build our first relationships and independence in our teens and then when we get married or enter a steady relationship we build our careers, lives and homes.
Every now and then something rocks the foundations of our building. Sometimes its a small tremor other times it feels like 7 or 8 on the Richter Scale.
No matter the size we all deal with these tremors differently. And they affect us all in different ways, however, a common factor in getting us back on track and rebuilding or simply strengthening our foundation is help, support and guidance.
Just imagine trying to build a house or a business without specialists in specific areas to ensure its stability and longevity.

It is not therapy or counselling and it does not examine the past but views the future and builds for a fun journey for life.
I sometimes will use Lego Serious Play which was primarily a high end business training tool but it is now being used very successfully in coaching and life work.
